Kick Off Event for the Economic Summit for Women

The Everyday Politics for Everyday Women workshop was designed to address the overwhelming interest of attendees at the Economic Summit for Women to learn more about political and legislative processes.

Whether your interest is to run for an elected office, work on a campaign or simply become more politically aware, this program will give you an opportunity to learn, ask questions and meet women who are already taking an active leadership role in local and state politics.

With Tennessee ranked 49th nationwide in political participation by women, the Everyday Politics for Everyday Women workshop is both necessary and timely. We hope you'll join us for our 2nd workshop on October 18th, 2009.
