East TN Women's Leadership Summit -
June 13, 2014;
Live. Learn. Lead.

The Foundation and Council recognize that by continuing their education, women increase their earnings potential. To support these educational efforts, the Foundation is pleased to offer six $1,000.00 scholarships to Tennessee women and girls who are making a commitment to improving their economic autonomy.

The Women's Economic Council Foundation Scholarship Committee would like to thank all the applicants for applying for the 2015 Scholarships. There were 182 applicants and so many of you were deserving of recognition. Unfortunately, we were only able to select six recipients-three traditional and three non-traditional students.

The 2015 Scholarship Winners are listed below. We wish all of you the best of luck in your education endeavors and appreciate your interest in our scholarship program. We thank our sponsor Advance Financial for helping make the scholarships possible.

Please help share the information about our scholarship program to others. We will open the 2016 application process in August 2016.
